Cordell Sawyer is a Union trained Journeyman Carpenter with over twenty years experience in the Construction Industry.
In my commitment to futher my knowledge and education about the Construction Industry, I worked by day and took classes at night from St. Louis Community College to earn an Associate in Applied Science: Skilled Trades Industrial Apprenticeship Training: Carpentry. I was the first person to ever recieve that degree from that College.
My hard work and dedication to my craft has allowed me to hone my skills in various areas of carpentry from framing with wood and metal, hanging vinyl and hardy board siding, scaffold building, concrete form work, installing various types of windows and doors, installing interior and exterior trim, to doing maintenace and rehab work on single and multi- family units, offices, stores, dormatories, retirement homes and many other structures.
As a Foreman I have a good track record for bringing jobs in on time and on budget. I apply my knowledge, skills and attention to detail to every project Sledroc works on.

Sledroc Construction LLC. is a General Contractor that started August 2010 with Mr. Cordell Sawyer, a Union trained journeyman carpenter as the President.
MISSION STATEMENT: Sledroc will diligently work with owners, developers, companies and other contractors to provide the most innovative construction methodologies to build new, remodel or maintain buildings throughout the metropolitan area while maintaining a high focus on safety, quality, productivity and diversity.
As a self-performing general contractor, Sledroc employs experienced union carpenters and laborers who possess a wide-range of skills, knowledge, and expertise to help successfully deliver challenging projects.
